Terms of service

These are the terms for using Unqueue. By creating an account, you're agreeing to them. We've kept them as plain as we could, while making sure they cover the basics both of us need.
Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Unqueue, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Unqueue does
You give Unqueue a task — a return, a refund, a cancellation, a dispute — and we act on your behalf to complete it, contacting merchants and their agents as needed. Unqueue is currently in early access: features, availability, and pricing may change as we build.
Your account
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract to use Unqueue. You sign in with Google, and you're responsible for keeping that account secure and for the accuracy of what you tell us.
Acting on your behalf
By submitting a task, you authorize Unqueue to contact the relevant merchant, share the information that task requires, and take reasonable action to resolve it — including holding, waiting, and following up. You confirm you're entitled to make the request, such as owning the order or account in question. We'll come back to you before making any decision that's yours to make, like accepting a settlement or confirming a cancellation.
Acceptable use
Don't use Unqueue for anything illegal, fraudulent, or abusive — including false claims against a merchant, disputes over items you actually received, or requests on someone else's account without their permission. Don't try to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service. We may decline or cancel any task that appears to violate these rules.
No guarantee of outcome
We work every task in good faith, but merchants make their own decisions. We can't guarantee a refund, a waived fee, or any particular resolution — some outcomes are outside anyone's control.
Billing
Free stays free. Paid plans (Plus, Max, and Family) are billed monthly at the rate shown when you subscribe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide a partial refund for time already used unless we say otherwise or the law requires it.
Intellectual property
Unqueue owns the service and its content, and gives you a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the information you give us, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the service to you.
Third-party services
Unqueue relies on other companies to work — Google and Auth0 for sign-in, AI model providers to process tasks, and hosting providers to run the service. We aren't responsible for those providers' own actions, terms, or policies.
No warranty
Unqueue is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Unqueue isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or $100.
If something goes wrong on your end
If your misuse of Unqueue, violation of these terms, or violation of someone else's rights leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.
Ending your account
You can stop using Unqueue or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms or for other legal reasons. The parts of these terms that are meant to outlast your account — ownership, warranties, liability limits, governing law — still apply after it ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delaware. Before filing anything, write to us at [email protected] — most issues can be sorted out directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Unqueue evolves. If a change is material, we'll let you know and update the effective date above. Continuing to use Unqueue after a change means you accept it.
The fine print
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Unqueue about the service. If any part turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we don't enforce a term right away, that doesn't mean we're giving it up. You can't transfer your account to someone else without our consent.
